Shipping Policy

Free delivery is available for all orders over $59 for greater Sydney and the rest of Australia are subject to a shipping cost depending on the destination, order weight and measurement. Handling time will be 1 business day and shipping time will differ between 2 to 9 business days.
If you did not received your products within 9 business days, Please contact us by sending email to so we can follow up with shipping company. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
In case of any problem with the order placed such as unavailability of the placed products, we will contact you to sort it out.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase, Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Any claim(s) for missing or damage product(s) with the delivery must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. In case of receiving damage products Photos of the damaged product needs to be email to us in order to consider a refund.
We carefully check all the items within your shopping cart against the quality and expiration date. If by any chance, you received a product that is expired, or past the ‘best before date’, you must make the claim within 7 days after receiving your order through emailing:
